Two to three minutes for a typical 50-page procedure. Stage numbers, plug depths and every cluster depth are read out of the document itself, and each value keeps a reference to the page it came from.
Eleven safety rules run on every well — stage count against the source, plug below its own clusters, depths inside the well, no cluster listed twice. A well that passes is marked VALIDATED. If a rule fails, the well is QUARANTINED and the workbook name carries it, so nothing questionable reaches Stager unnoticed.

In Stager, import the workbook and choose AI Standard from the list of standard formats. If that entry is not in your list yet, download the format file below and drop it in with your other Stager formats — then it appears alongside them and every workbook from here imports without further setup.
